    triad did the survey on the land before we bought it. It was very easy to get a copy of and they were very nice to work with. The back corners got moved from our fence and our neighbors. We called Kevin and they sent the guys out very nice, marked our corners for our property and the neighbors, also put a
    Few markers in the middle even though we didn't ask for them. We also have an old well on our place gave the guys the cordanace they marked that for us also. We will use them again when the time is needig to add our house & barn to our property. We would also recommend them to anyone needing a survey done!
